This service is oriented to users in Singapore with Singtel as the participating operator where applicable. Location data is processed to verify eligibility and customize your experience. We may use third-party IP geolocation services to determine your approximate location for service availability verification.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data with trusted partners only as necessary for service provision: Mobile network operators such as Singtel (for subscription verification and billing where applicable), payment processors (for secure transaction processing), analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase), content delivery networks (e.g. CloudFlare, AWS), and customer support platforms. We never sell personal data to third parties.

5. Carrier Integration

We work with Singtel in Singapore to verify subscription eligibility and process mobile billing where that channel is used. Information shared may include: mobile number (encrypted where applicable), network operator identity, subscription status, and billing verification. This data is transmitted securely and used solely for service provision and fraud prevention.

6. Data Usage & Analytics

Usage analytics help improve service quality and content recommendations. We collect anonymized activity data, content interaction metrics, and technical performance data. Analytics are used solely for service enhancement, bug fixes, and content optimization. Individual user activities are not tracked long-term beyond service requirements.
